Please bring the following items with you to register:
- 📝 Parent/Guardian ID
- 🎂 Birth Certificate
- 💉 Current Immunization Record
- 🏠 Proof of Tyrrell County Residency (water bill, gas bill, etc.)
- ⚖️ Any court documents for guardianship
- 🩺 Kdg Only - NC Kindergarten Physical Form (if completed)
- 💰 PreK Only - Proof of household income (paystubs, W-2, 1040 form)
- 🩺 PreK Only - Child’s physical form
- 📑 PreK Only - Proof of health insurance
