The students will come to their first period class the day of the forum (Nov. 28).  Take attendance and then report WITH YOUR STUDENTS to the auditorium.  I want to introduce the speakers at 8:15, and start the first rotation at 8:30. 
Here is the Career Forum schedule:
8:15-8:35 Introduce speakers and communicate behavior expectations to students
8:35 - 8:40  Transition to first speaker/rotation
8:40-9:00 - Students in class hearing about careers
9:00-9:05 - Transition to second speaker/rotation
9:05-9:25 - Students in class hearing about careers
9:25-9:30 - Transition to the third and final speaker
9:30-9:50 - Students in class hearing about careers
9:55 - Report to 2nd period.
