The North Carolina Child Support Council is a non-profit organization comprised of Child Support Professionals, the Judiciary, and others involved in the Child Support process.  Each year the Council sponsors $1,500 scholarships in memory of Bob R. McGuire.  Mr. McGuire was an advocate for the program in both the public and private sectors. 

This year’s winners will be selected in May 2024 and presented scholarships during the Opening Session of the North Carolina Child Support Conference in August 2024. 

Please post the attached flyer for seniors to view.  In addition, please make the attached criteria and application form available to graduating seniors who meet the criteria and are interested.  The deadline to apply is April 5, 2024.
