Employee and Teacher of the Month
- Employee of the Month: Congratulations to Dawn Johnson, recognized by Principal Brianna Williams on behalf of Amanda Hall-Fleming!
- EC Teacher of the Month: Laura Spencer-Harris was honored by EC Director Jennifer Mason for her dedication to our early childhood learners.
- EC Teacher Assistant of the Month: Principal Mary Bridgers presented the award to Emily Armstrong for her exceptional support in the classroom.
- Child Nutrition Department Super Heroes: A big round of applause for Shaniqua Basnight, Gladys Brickhouse, Faith Harris, Rose Hollis, Kimmy Respass, and Tara Toler, recognized by Director Myra Shoffner for their outstanding service.

We're delighted to introduce Carson Roughton, a recent graduate of both Columbia Early College High School (Class of 2020) and East Carolina University (Class of 2024) with a Bachelor's degree in Information and Computer Technology! Welcome aboard, Mr. Roughton!
