Transportation Information Requested for the 2021-22 School Year

TCS is asking ALL parents/guardians to complete the 2021-22 Transportation Form indicating whether or not your child(ren) will need school bus transportation for the 2021-22 school year. *Please complete one form for each child attending Tyrrell County Schools. Those that have not completed this form online should be recieving a paper copy in the mail. Please complete this form and return it to your child's school or Central Office as soon as possible. This information is needed to plan bus routes and it is crucial that all families complete this form even if your child will not be riding a school bus this year. Thank you for your promtpness.

Wildcat Athletics Registration

Greetings from the Columbia Wildcat Athletic Department!

In an attempt to help our Wildcat families to expedite the registration process for athletics, we'd like to announce Family ID. This allows our Wildcat families to sign up for TCS sports electronically and skip the in-person pre-season meeting!

You can access FamilyID at bit.ly/tcsfamilyid or through our athletic department site found on the district and school webpages.

Student participants are required to have a physical on file and complete all registration pieces including the reading, acknowledgement, and consent of policy pertaining to athletics as well as viewing eligibility and informational videos before participating in CHS/CMS Athletics.

If you are unable to register electronically, we can obtain hard copies for you at any of our sports pre-season meetings. The first in-person athletics pre-season meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 3rd or Thursday, August 5th at 6pm on both nights. If you are unable to complete your registration online through FamilyID, your attendance at one of these meetings is required for Columbia High School and Columbia Middle School. 2021-22 Wildcat Athletics Underway!

2021-2022 CHS Athletics have begun in volleyball and football! If your Wildcat would like to play they need a current physical on file. Volleyball and football practice is at 5pm Monday, July 12 - Friday, July16. Then Monday, July 26 at 5pm - Friday, Aug 6th. The first Volleyball game will be Saturday, Aug 7th.

First ever CHS Mens soccer practice will be Monday, July 26 at 5pm. Mandatory to have current physical. Contact Coach Cole if you need a physical form but most medical facilities has the NCHSAA physical form. Be a part of the very first CHS Mens soccer team!!!
